Limited Warranty
Effective date: Sep 15th, 2026
This warranty applies to purchases made on or after the effective date.
At Tarablic, we take great care in the craftsmanship and preparation of our instruments and related products. All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases. Manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, and incorrect items are assessed under this policy and, where applicable, our Limited Warranty, subject to applicable consumer rights.
2. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order within seven days of delivery and contact info@tarablic.ca promptly if you notice damage, an apparent defect, or an incorrect item.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. For instruments, please also include the serial number.
The seven-day inspection period does not shorten the three-month Limited Warranty for hidden manufacturing defects or restrict applicable consumer rights.
4. Condition and Packaging
Return the item in the condition relevant to your claim, without further damage, modifications, or attempted repairs. Include any accessories requested in the return instructions.
Keep the original box and protective packaging throughout the warranty period and use them for any authorized return. If they are unavailable, contact us to agree on suitable replacement packaging before shipping.
5. Assessment and Return Shipping
When an instrument must be returned for assessment, the customer initially arranges and pays for shipping using a method agreed with Tarablic. Assessment is free.
If we confirm a covered manufacturing defect or an issue for which Tarablic is responsible, we will reimburse the agreed reasonable standard return shipping cost and cover standard shipping of any repaired or replacement item to the customer.
For an incorrect item, contact us before shipping so we can arrange its return at our expense. Damage during delivery will be assessed separately, including any available carrier claim.
If assessment confirms an excluded cause, such as accidental damage or improper handling, the customer is responsible for repair and shipping costs. We will provide an estimate and obtain approval before performing paid repairs. If repair is declined, the customer remains responsible for shipping the item back.
These arrangements are subject to applicable consumer rights.
6. Assessment, Remedies, and Refunds
Return authorization permits us to receive and inspect an item; it does not automatically approve a refund or confirm warranty coverage.
After inspection, we will explain our findings. For a confirmed covered issue, Tarablic will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate, subject to applicable law.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
For manufacturing defects discovered after the initial delivery inspection, please refer to our Limited Warranty.
