Tarablic is a premium oud maker built on a family legacy dating back to 1928.

Rooted in Damascus and carried forward from Canada, we bring together authentic Syrian heritage and a contemporary standard of craftsmanship for musicians who expect seriousness, refinement, and depth from their instrument.

We believe the oud belongs among the world’s great string instruments. Not simply because of its history, but because of what it offers musically: expressive range, tonal depth, distinctive character, and a voice unlike any other.

For us, making an oud is never just about construction.
