Shipping policy

Tarablic ships from Canada.

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 10 business days, Monday through Friday, depending on product availability and the manufacturing cycle at the time of ordering.

Orders placed with expedited shipping are generally processed and shipped on the next business day.

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Transit Time

The estimated transit time after shipment is typically 5 to 8 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order total before payment is completed.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and that your payment method has been submitted for authorization and processing.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to review, refuse, or cancel orders where necessary.

5. International Shipping

Most international shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

If your country is not available in the shipping calculator, please contact us at info@tarablic.ca before placing your order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

We are unable to change or update the shipping address after an order has been placed.

Tarablic is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.

7. Lost, Misplaced, or Stolen Packages

Tarablic is not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages after delivery where the tracking information shows that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If the shipping address submitted with the order matches the address used for shipment, Tarablic is not responsible for loss caused by theft, misplacement, or delivery issues occurring after confirmed delivery.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@tarablic.ca, and we will do our best to assist you in reviewing the shipment with the carrier.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at info@tarablic.ca as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

Any product issue believed to involve a manufacturing defect or manufacturing-related damage is subject to our Returns Policy.
