Refund policy

At Tarablic, we take great care in the craftsmanship and preparation of our instruments and related products. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect, manufacturing-related damage, or you receive the wrong item.
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- personal preference
- differences in tone, feel, grain, finish, or appearance consistent with handcrafted products
- misuse or improper handling
- exposure to heat, extreme cold, direct sunlight, humidity imbalance, or other improper storage conditions
- wear and tear or accidental damage after delivery
2. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, manufacturing-related damage, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at info@tarablic.ca within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Your request should include:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
- any other information we reasonably request
3. Return Authorization Required
To request a return, you must first contact us at info@tarablic.ca.
If your request is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and, where applicable, in its original packaging.
5. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, manufacturing-related damage, or shipment of the wrong item, Tarablic will advise you whether return shipping will be covered or reimbursed.
If a return request is not approved, the item will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item.
If the return is approved after inspection, we will repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund to your original payment method, at Tarablic’s discretion and subject to applicable law.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it is issued.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
